Natale launched Embrace & Empower, Inc. inspired by their own journey with breast cancer and a vision to provide culturally and identity-sensitive support to those who often face unique barriers to care. With a commitment to creating safe, affirming spaces, Natale leads Embrace & Empower with compassion and a deep understanding of the importance of community.

Embrace & Empower, Inc. was launched in 2024 with a mission to provide culturally and identity-sensitive support to individuals from marginalized communities affected by breast cancer. Inspired by my own journey and the support I received, Embrace & Empower was founded to ensure that others facing similar challenges have access to compassionate mentorship and guidance tailored to their unique experiences.
To empower marginalized communities, including BIPOC individuals, transgender men and women, and other underserved populations, through culturally and identity-sensitive mentorship and support throughout the breast cancer journey.
